Shipping and Order Status

SHIPPING Costs: Our standard shipping cost for a minimum order is $6.50, which is what is shown on our order form. We do adjust the shipping cost when your order is processed to reflect additional shipping charges for larger orders. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We do ship to many countries overseas, particularly the U.K., Canada, Japan, Australia, and some European countries. We do not ship to Mexico, South America or Africa. We can ship about 4-5 yards of regular weight cotton fabric in a Global Priority envelope for $11.00. We will be happy to ship larger orders as well, but be aware that the shipping charges may be very expensive. We require shipping insurance on all international orders. Please be aware that international orders may experience delays in customs, which we have no control over. SHIPPING METHODS - We ship by both UPS, and USPS, with most of the orders going by UPS. If we do ship by UPS, you will be sent an email with a UPS tracking number when your items are shipped. You can go to www.UPS.com and use the tracking number to get delivery information on your parckage. Please make sure that you give us a valid email address on an account that you check frequently in order to receive this shipping notification. SHIPPING TIMES - We try to get all orders processed and shipped within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, it times of high demand, it may take as long as 7-10 days to process and ship your order. If it is critical that you receive your order at a particular time, please call us for a shipping schedule. We do our best to serve you, but try to keep our labor costs low so we can offer lower priced merchandise. We do not charge your credit card until the order is ready to ship. BACKORDERED MERCHANDISE - Backordered merchandise should be re-ordered when it shows on the website as available. Because of uncertainty when we will receive backordered fabric, we assume you will look elsewhere for the fabric. If you are ordering for a project where it is critical that you receive all of your order, please indicate that in the notes field. We normally ship the items on hand unless we know that you require a complete order. |
